The Marsha J. Shanklin Foundation has provided a significant grant for the completion of the new Marsha Shanklin Education Building at DOCPAC.  Having taught school at the O’Connor brothers’ River Ranch many years ago and with probably her greatest love in life being her sometimes five dogs and a cat, she would be very pleased to be a part of a project that will help educate how to care for pets and provide them a place where their lives will be the highest quality possible before going to loving homes.

The Marsha Shanklin Education Building at DOCPAC will be used for 

Camp K9, Dog obedience training, Field trip attendance, Birthday parties, Basic dog classes, Education speakers for the public, and DOCPAC Fundraisers

The Dorothy H. O’Connor Pet Adoption Center thanks you in advance for helping us complete the Education Building. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of the youth and pets!
